Use of the Harlo website and it services is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

Only items purchased from the Harlo website can be returned/ exchanged directly to Harlo.

Harlo will gladly exchange your item up to 10 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened, unused and its original condition or the item/s may not be accepted for return. Customers are responsible for shipping and any additional postage charges.  Original proof of purchase must be provided. For faulty or incorrect items, Harlo will happily pay the postage costs for dispatch of the replacement. Harlo reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny return or exchange of goods if not deemed to be damaged or if they are not returned in their original condition. Please send all applications to hello@harlo.com.au. Please note, any slight variation in the aspect of the product is due to the natural, raw materials and does not affect quality in anyway what so ever. Harlo cannot accept returns, or hold any liability against skin reactions or sensitivities. We encourage our customers to purchase a sample size product  and test a small amount on a patch of skin prior to use. Many of Harlo's homeware products are created from the natural elements of the earth. Variances in colour, texture and form can be expected and this is not considered a faulty product. Harlo reserves the right to change and alter product formulations and ingredients without notice.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION & PAYMENT 

Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement for your purchase of the selected product/s. You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information. All accounts created require a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Each time you use the password, you will be deemed to be authorised to access and use the Website in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. This means that you are responsible for any products purchased using your account details. 

 

PRICING AND GST

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars including GST.  All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Whilst we always attempt to present the availability of stock accurately,  stock availability does vary and is only valid at the time shown.

 

SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL

All Australian deliveries will generally be processed within 2-5 working days. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Standard rates for both national and international delivery applies, noting that Harlo has no control over delivery timeframes and delays may expected depending on third party postage procedures and timeframes. Orders shipped internationally may be subjected to taxes, custom duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for ay import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
